GUARDT

STRICTT: (/msg) K9 guardt (#channelname) <T/F>

Wherein: T and F are for TRUE or FALSE. T, or true, means that the statement that the channel topic may be changed only through K9 is true and desired, and K9 will "remember" and guard that topic. F, or FALSE, means that the statement is not true, and K9 will allow anyone to change the topic, as is allowed by channel mode.

Examples:

/msg K9 guardt #nuthouse T
K9 guardt F
K9 guardt T
