MODUSER

MODUSER: (/msg) K9 moduser (#channelname) <USERID#> <NEWLEVEL>

This command changes any users access level to the <newlevel>. So if you're the channel master and you have a good user at level 200 and you want them to be 400. Just use the MODUSER command, no more remuser, adduser.

Examples: /msg k9 moduser #nuthouse 1215 499
