SUSPEND
SUSPEND: (/msg) K9 suspend (#channelname) <userid> <suspend level>
Suspend changes a users ulevel with K9 to a different level and places the
suspend level in the SLEVEL comment of the access command. The suspended user
will only be able to use commands in the SLEVEL access. Thus a user with a ULEVEL
of 400 but an SLEVEL of 200 can only use level 200 commands. Suspend is good
for disciplinary action against users.
To remove a suspension from a user so they can go back to their original
ULEVEL, simple set the suspend level to 0.
Examples: /msg k9 suspend #blah 2342 200
K9 suspend #blah 2342 200
K9 suspend #blah 2342 0
-K9- ULEVEL:450 PLEVEL: 0 SLEVEL: 0
Purpose: To take disciplinary action against users.
