VOICE

VOICE: (/msg) K9 voice (#channelname) <nickkname>

The voice command toggles +v on and off on a user. If the user is currently not voiced the command will voice the user, if the user is voiced, the command will remove the voice.

Examples: /msg k9 voice #blah jonny

k9 voice jonny

Purpose: To toggle voice on/off for a user
