PLEASE NOTE: CRC does not accept linking applications from cable modem or DSL connections.

The page will give the applying administrator a general guide line to follow regarding the linking of a server to the ChatNet Internet Relay Chat Network. Please realize that these are merely guidelines to go by. We are not looking to link just any one. We are looking for an administration made up of knowledgeable server administrators. Because not every country is created equal in the world of internet connectivity, the tables below are set up to explain what is required for each region. The list is divided by continent. As of November 9, 2001, to link a server to ChatNet, the server administrator or his co-administrator must have root access to the server. For an operator to be considered an administrator, he must shell access to the IRCD daemon so that corrections can be made on the fly.
