As of the 5th of September Teen and Kids channels will be allowed to be
registered again since there has been such a big demand on those kind of
channels. We have however developed a different procedure to allow these
channels to be registered.
Every teen/kids channels needs to have 8 supporters that by giving their email
addresses. It is now required that you obtain sponsorship. Of the 8 emails listed as supporters
3 must be from a ChatNet official either an IRC Operator a Cservice Member or a IRC
administrator. They monitor the channel of an unspecified amount of time before the
channel is considered for approval.
This type of registration will take longer than the specified 1 day to 1 week on the return
email notifying you that we have received your request for k9. All other rules concerning
channel registration still also apply
Thank you for your cooperation
