If an official cadmin vote on any topic is passed it will be posted to the opers mailing list promptly after it's passed by either one of the admins or the administrative secretary.  The vote need not be posted, by the final result of the topic poposed definitely should be.

     Opers need to know what's going on with their administration and how they're handling things.  Whether it directly affects the opers or not is irrelevant, because something has been passed regarding network operation.  A need-to-know basis will created by open communication.
