Chatnet is one of the youngest networks on IRC, and is steadily growing. If you would like to learn more about us, click on About
Chatnet revolves around its users, and its users needs. We are always trying to better our network, with meetings that involve our users and our staff, committees that help our users, and weed out any sort of abuse that takes place on our network, and help channels to help with just about any sort of problem that you can come across.
The website is undergoing a major overhaul currently. If things are broken, or aren't quite right, please feel free to email me and let me know as soon as you seem them.webmaster@chatnet.org.
We, the web-com, are here to service you, the user, in anything that you need. We welcome you to chatnet, and to our website. If you would like to see something new on this website, or just something interesting on Chatnet, or even just to put in your 2 cents, email us anytime.

While
online, there are a number of channels you can join for help.
The Operator and Administrator channel is #Nuthouse. This
is for Network help, such as connectivity issues. #Doghouse is the Channel
Services channel you join for K9 related help. #Help is designed for
all other help you might need. We have experienced members
in each. None of these channels are for general help. For general chat channels, after connecting to your favorite Chatnet server type /list, to get a complete list of Channels to search through.
Our Web Chat is once again working. You
can click on the Chat Now! button to the left of this, or
go there. You have your choice of running on the Coimbra, Portugal server, or the New York City Server in the US. Special thanks to Coimbra and NYC's Admins, snail and Sean.
The
ChatNet website has now become multilingual. I am looking
for people to translate it in other languages aswell. We currently
have English, Turkish, and Spanish. I am aiming for Greek,
Chinese, Portuguese and French. Please forward information
to the webmaster@chatnet.org
address.
And finally, please, enjoy your stay with Chatnet. Relax, kick back, make some new friends, and most of all, have fun. =o)
