First off let me explain something that seems to cause confusion to many.
A member of Cservice is different from an IRCop.
An IRCop's job is to maintain thier server for their administrator by but now limited to:

• makeing sure it's routed correctly (no lag).
• makeing sure it's not being abused by flooders, etc. (kills, klines, glines).
• helping users with problems and questions

A Cservice member's job is to maintain K9 and help users of registered channels with K9 related problems.
A Cservice member may be an IRCop as well but doesn't have to be. We have members that are server administrators, IRCops, and those that are just Cservice members only.
I know this was a brief description but, I hope it clears things up a little :-)
