CService member is not the same as a IRCop. IRCop's maintain the servers
for their administrators. For instance, they make sure the servers are
routed correctly, that abusive users are removed from the network and
help users with other questions (not related to K9).
A CService member's job is to maintain K9 and help users with K9 related problems and questions. A CService member may or may not be and IRCop.

in Cservice. You should never give your password to a person that claims
to be a CService member and isn't listed here. You should also always
